Review- Color Studio Knock out Eye Marker

I use eyeliner on daily basis but it has to be extremely precise and close to the lash-line. After I saw the small and thin tip of Colorstudio's knockout marker, I just had to get my hands on it.

My Experience:
I still remember the first felt tip liner I bought a couple of years ago which was in the shape of a marker and after trying it out, I decided I'd NEVER get a felt tip liner again. But since I read a few positive reviews on Color studio's Knockout marker I thought I should give it a shot mainly because of the precise and thin tip.

As I said I wear eyeliner on daily basis but an extremely thin one. As close to lashline as possible, but the dip-in liners don't do a very good job. Plus sometimes I end up getting the liner on top of my lids or just crooked.
I was eyeing NYX's skinny marker until I saw the one by colorstudio at a very reasonable price. I was ordering the beauty blending sponge (which I'm loving you guys!!! I'll post up a review soon), so I thought I might as well get this one.

With the first try, I knew that this is not one of "those" markers I've tried before. It's tip is more "wet" and loaded with the product. Upon application, it came out very nice and smooth but not that intense. I waited for a few seconds then applied a second coat. There it was! nice and dark line.

It's not water proof at all and will start to come off with the slightest contact with water so beware. My lids are not that oily so it stays on for a good amount of time on me but I dont really wear it on days when I have to stay out longer outdoors or have a hectic schedule. I can't take raccoon eyes.

The part that I love the most about this product is the ease of application. Man its easy! The tip is precise and thin so I have a good control over the thickness and shape of the liner. I think even the person with the most unsteady hand will do a good job with this. The tip is stiff enough to resist over bending but soft enough to follow the natural shape of your eyes, So the product applies exactly at the point where you want it.

End Note: This is the first felt tip marker that I like and hasn't dried up. Perfect for daily use and saves me a lot of time. Not very intense on first coat but can definitely be built up to achieve a more opaque result.
A great product for beginners or those who cant line their eyes smoothly.

Review- Sleek Pout Polish

A couple of months back I ordered a few items from just4girls.pk. Sleek's pout polish was one of them.

Sleek Pout Polish in Electro Peach

My Experience:
This season, I'm officially obsessed with tinted lipbalms.I cannot explain how dry and chapped my lips are throughout the year. Fascinated by the name "pout polish" I decided to give sleek's tinted lip conditioner a try.
This pout polish turned out exactly how I expected it to be. I had gone through numerous reviews before ordering the color and thankfully electro peach was my perfect shade. At first I was a little scared by seeing that dark reddish coral balm in the pot since I'm not at all a fan of red bold lips but upon application, it looked a very pretty light coral color.
Being a "tinted" balm it's color payoff is extremely good. I don't know for the lighter colors, but this one sure does show up on your lips with the very first application.

I have to say I do really like the packaging. It's nothing too special but the pot still attracts me alot. It's one of those products that I'd like to get the whole range of and keep them in my vanity just because they look nice.
The pot is much lighter than I was thinking it would be since it looked like a heavy glass pot on the internet. But it's quite light weight. Perfect to carry around. However I do have a problem here. It can be pretty unhygienic to dip your finger in the pot again and again. I try to apply it with a lip brush but when in rush, I have to put my finger in. Make sure your fingers are clean and NEVER let anyone else apply your balm with their finger.

The polish has an SPF 15 which is nice since none of my other balms have it. I has a warm vanilla-ish scent which is quite pleasing but not over powering.
Since the formula is very moisturising it's staying power is not good. I'm talking about the color here. But hey! Its a lipbalm, color is not our concern. As for the conditioning effect, I love it. It leaves my lips soft and keeps me away from biting them again and again. I'm for sure getting more colors but I've heard that MUA lip balms are great too and half the price so lets see whether I go for them or I end up buying the pout polish again.

End Note: Sleek's pout polish is my absolute favourite. I reach for it daily since I get moisture on my lips along with a nice tint. I'd totally recommend getting these.
