Today's Review is going to about a very special product that was sent to me a few days back to be featured on my blog by IHANA.
Ihana is an Australian company that specializes in producing high quality makeup brushes and falls under the owner ship of Brands United group.

With plenty of experience in the hair and beauty industry, it seemed only natural that a range of high quality brushes for professional makeup application would be on the cards for the next range of products for B.U.G.
Whilst the quality of brushes is paramount to the success of the Ihana brand, so too is the design and overall appearance. Todays consumers demand that their purchase not only does it's intended job,and is aesthetically appealing, but also ethically sourced. In order to achieve this, much time and effort is spent to bring this to fruition.
Ihana products are young yet sophisticated, funky yet classy. They will exceed your expectations and you will wonder why it took this long for quality to reach a new high.
The Brushes come in this funky Leather casing which is available in 3 shades
1:Chocolate
2:Magenta
3:Tea green.
The one i got is in tea green.It comes with a nice and easy elastic catcher for opening and closing the case.The size of this case is travel friendly.It can easily fit in your bag since it is thin and small.
The inside of this case is made of gorgeous Duchess satin which looks and feels very luxurious.
One side are the brushes inside net compartments and on the other ihana's name and the pretty butterfly logo.
It is a five piece brush set the brushes included are:
- Powder Brush
- Angle Powder Brush
- Eyeshadow Brush
- Bullet Brush
- Angled Brow Brush.
Powder Brush
Used for applying loose powder.
This Powder brush is amazingly soft. It's dense,yet,light wight. I don't even feel that i'm sweeping a powder brush across my face. It just feels so light weight and soft.The bristles blend out the powder flawlessly. It picks up little amount of product and doesn't eat it at all.
Angle Powder Brush.
Used for Highlighting and blending.
This too,like the powder brush is very soft and light weight.I love the fact that this is angled. It makes the application of bronzer and blush absolutely perfect. Contouring,using this,becomes so easy.It just contours in one direction from hairline towards face without spreading the powder away from cheekbones.
Eye shadow Brush.
Used for applying eye-shadow.
This is the most dense eye shadow brush that i have ever used. The bristles of this too are very soft. It is a bit large so i like to apply my base shadow,the main color,outer corner color or highlighter with it.It might be difficult to apply eye shadow in the inner corner of eyes with this.
The Bullet Brush
Used for blending eye-shadow,the harsh lines,blending in two colors or creating a smokey eye.It can also be used to contour sides and tip nose or chin.
This brush is what we usually call the blending brush. If you are having a hard time blending in colors this is all what you need.It blends the color effortlessly.It is also a great tool to achieve that true smokey eye effect,since it works n both,upper and lower lash line.
Angled Brow/Eyeliner Brush
Used for defining brows and lining eyes
The Last brush from the set is this angled brow definer/eyeliner brush. I use it to shape my brows using a brown eye-shadow.It can also be use to apply eyeliner if used damp.It's bristles are soft yet stiff to create a perfect line.
After using these with my usual eye palette i went ahead and took out my least favorite palette of eye shadows from my makeup graveyard and tried this look.
These Brushes are made of high grade goat hair(hence they smell of goat but the smell goes away after one or two washes) they are better than the synthetic ones since they pick the product more easily and blends it very well. It is much softer and is cruelty free as it is sheared of the tips of fur.
I found Ihana's brushes very easy to clean and dry. They quickly release the leftover powder and get dried in not time.
I didn't experience shedding of bristles from any of these bushes.I've washed them thrice but they didn't shed at all.
As i said before the Powder brush and the Angled brush both are extremely soft. The bristles feel so nice soft and light weight on skin.They pick up a small amount of product which is great when working with loose powders as i hate taping off excess which usually gets blown away.
I love the bullet brush the most.Its a great tool for creating special eye looks.It blends away the harsh lines and the color in eye crease so well.I also use it to contour my nose and the result it gives is lovely.
The Handle is made of solid Natural wood which is nice and easy to grip.
Final Note: This travel set is a must have for all makeup lovers and even for starters. It contains high quality brushes which are professional but easy to use. Since they turned out far better than my expectations and satisfied me with every angle i declare these brushes as
